The College Village Maintenance staff provides regular service and response maintenance for residents.
Residents are responsible for cleaning their assigned and shared spaces after use but if something in your apartment needs servicing, complete the form to notify our staff as soon, and as often as you notice a problem. Maintenance generally follows up on the request by the next business day.
If you are having issues with your ID Card, Access Fob, Bedroom Key, or Mailbox Key contact our office for assistance.
