NOTICE: Additional items may be determined unsafe and be confiscated during Health & Safety inspections during break periods. If you are unsure of what you can and cannot bring, email CollegeVillage@genesee.edu for more information.

BREAKS: Residents may leave their possessions in the apartment over Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks but are NOT permitted to leave possessions over the Summer. If you are planning to take summer courses at GCC, contact our office to inquire about summer housing options and pricing for the current academic year. *College Village is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If it is too precious or expensive to replace, it may be best left at home. We recommend purchasing renters’ insurance to cover the cost of unexpected incidents and/or damages.
