RESIDENT STATUS

All residents must pay the $50 Application fee out of pocket and submit this housing contract, complete with a guarantor signature regardless of age, in order to reserve a space at College Village. The application fee is not refundable and cannot be paid by financial aid.  Housing Placements are determined based on the date of completion of all housing materials. Checks and money orders should be made payable to College Village. Contact our office for information on alternate payment methods or wire transfers.
